|Recommended: YesGreat place for non-drivers and those needing accessibility features — Views of downtown and western sunsets are the best part of living, besides the courtyard and the activities the community provides. It's really a great place to live and be on the go at the same time.

|Recommended: YesOne Minor Problem but Loving So Far — The move-in process was such a breeze The elevator was just big enough to fit all of our furniture in which helped so much considering we are located on the fourth floor We were able to get the parking spots we wanted and the leasing staff was very helpful whenever we needed something. So far the only issue we have run into is our AC unit has frozen over so the apartment has been at a steady 75 degrees even though we have it set at 69. Maintenance came quickly to help resolve the issue so once that is fixed I think we are going to love it at our new home

|Recommended: YesGorgeous, but disappointed — It is a gorgeous luxury apartment that my roommate and I fell in love with at the beginning. Close to downtown and other major attractions the city has to offer. After living in the unit a couple days, things needed to be fixed. And then more things needed fixed. It seemed like nothing was tested out before we moved in and a lack of care for the new residents. After a month of living here at The Grid we have been annoyed with our back door as we picked the ground level for a reason. The Grid hasn't reached out to us in any way for apologizing for the delay nor any compensation for the delay. Overall, we really enjoy it, but feel neglected at the fact that our number one reason for choosing the ground floor is not working out.

|Recommended: YesA Solid Review — Overall, The Grid accommodates all types of lifestyles. The location is close to Circle Center and fountain square. Lime scooters are always outside to get you all the way to Victory Field. The building sits between Whole Foods and the Wheeler Mission. Now there is plenty of sidewalks and bike lanes, you just have to pick the right one. I am able to walk all of Mass ave, go to Circle Center Mall, and go to a sporting event without having to worry about parking my car. Parking is nice and attached to the building, but the price makes me question the risk of leaving my car outside at night.
The cleaning service is phenomenal, so the apartment always looks nice. The amenities are always accessible and easy to use. The renters...come and go...but there is an app for CLEAR communication and relationships between renters. Staff is wonderful and helpful They have a lot on their hands. The place is newer, so while the wonderful maintenance staff is fixing new building kinks, you may have to use phone data to put in the request.
There are plenty of ways to get involved with your neighbors. Gym class goers, dog walkers, coffee drinkers, and event participation are just a few ways to meet new people. If you are more of a homebody or plan to work from home, there are plenty of spaces for meetings, working, or hosting your own friends.
Overall, I love living at the Grid and have recommended it to many of my friends.

|Recommended: YesExcellent — I really enjoy living here I appreciate the property staff in making Grid feel so warm and welcoming since day one They've done a great job creating a community amongst us residents, especially with the Cobu app that allows us to get to know our neighbors and ask for recommendations around the area. The apartment is very clean, well kept, and smells good I also enjoy the free coffee and tea in the lobby Overall, I highly recommend living here

|Recommended: YesPretty Good — I really like living here so far. The design and functionality are perfect of my one bedroom. Very modern design which I like. All staff are very nice and accommodating. I like the amenities. It is a quiet community and the courtyard is pretty peaceful, but fun. However, the package center is very tiny and usually cluttered. There is also no guest parking.

|Recommended: YesWe love the Grid — I love everything about the Grid, it is clean and everyone is very nice. The apartments are a good size and there is a lot of storage. The biggest downside is not having parking for visitors, I really wish there was somewhere for my family and friends to park when they come to visit.
