|Recommended: YesGreat building w incredible staff — Working w the Grid staff is the best part about this property. The staff are all great go out of their way to accommodate your needs make sure everything is up to standard. We did have some maintenance issues upon move-in which was odd considering no one has ever lived in our apartment, but the staff was quick to respond get fixed. Love the scent throughout the building. Looking forward to the rest of our time here

|Recommended: YesSo Happy I Chose Here — I just moved out here and wasn't sure about the area. This place popped up during my search and I checked it out on a tour. Shana is really nice and really informative about the apartment and after three days of apartment searching I knew this was the place I want to stay and I'm so happy with my choice. Everyone at the leasing office is nice and helpful. They are available to answer every and all questions I have with a great response time. The amenities is great with the coffee and tea bar to the fitness gym. I go to the lobby to do homework or for my zoom meetings and all the other residents are really nice and welcoming when they walk by. Small talk is great especially since I don't know any people in the area. I really enjoy it here and never been more pleased with an apartment.

- no where for guests to park for free. My fiancé visits every other weekend, and spends too much on parking.
- rough experience so far with neighbors and noise during early late hours. Constant running, yelling and thumping.

We understand that the lack of guest parking options can be frustrating, but due to being located in such a high traffic downtown area, providing free parking can cause more harm than good! But as you now know, we have close access to the Denison parking garage which offers great daily rates! Also, in regard to the noise, we have made note of the issue and plan to monitor this closely to ensure it doesn't become a regular disturbance!

|Recommended: YesBeautiful apartment — Pros - modern interior design and its layout. The unit also has a lot of storage space. Friendly neighbors.
Needs improvement - building materials in the apartment seem pretty cheap. Noise issue - windows are not made of sound proof materials.
Internet gets disconnected randomly and need to connect it repeatedly. definitely not worthy of 65 per month. wish we could bring our own service provider.
Not enough affordable parking options.
small bathtub shower head compared to the size of the bathroom. toilet is not comfy either.
kitchen water faucet can be bigger so water sprays more easily.

The building is installed with double-paned windows for a heightened sound barrier, however, living downtown, you are going to experience slightly more traffic noise if you face outwards.
We can absolutely look into your internet issues for you. If you experience issues like this, please bring them to us first so that we can rectify the situation.
If you are displeased with the standard showerhead in the bathtub, you can install your own, but please be sure to store ours in a safe location!

|Recommended: YesThis place makes me feel very safe and secure — I love living here because it's more secure than most places. I love the 24 7 gym, and my dog especially loves our little patio area.

|Recommended: YesA recently built modern apartment community with all the necessities that define a Luxury' apartment. — The apartment space and apartment community is comfortable, well-built, recently constructed completed in 2020 , in a convenient location, has modern amenities, a luxury design, is pet-friendly, has an easily accessible garage and common area, has included valet trash pick-up at your door, comes with included fiber internet service , reliable customer service maintenance, and best of all it's reasonably priced.
It is so great to hear how much you are enjoying Grid! Being a part of a brand-new community is always so much fun!
