My apartment has great quality appliances and I have yet to run into any maintenance issues. The amenities as well as the complex as a whole has a warm welcoming feeling, truly making it feel like a home. The mail service is very secure and well organized so tenants are able to securely receive their packages.

|Recommended: YesI think that Grid is a really nice property and I’m excited to start living here. — It’s a wonderful property, very up to date but parking in a pain. If you don’t want to pay a ton for parking then you have pay to park across a busy street. The price of the apartment makes up for all of the amenities and they offer top-their customer service.
Hello! We are so sorry that the parking situation is not as convenient as you may have hoped. We do have parking options with direct access into the building for just $35.00 more per month than what you are paying now, and still at a competitive rate for downtown parking options!
